Full description
This tour meets on the iconic Royal Mile and you'll have a short walk to one of the supplier's outstanding whisky venues Over the next two hours, drink 4 outstanding single malt scotch whiskys taken from the 4 major whisky producing regions of Scotland. These whiskys will range from the relatively delicate and subtle flavors of the Lowlands to the bold and robust tastes from Islay. You will also be given tasting cards giving notes on each of the whiskys that you sample. During the tour, experience some traditional storytelling and explore the significance of whisky to the Scottish identity. The entire upper floor of the venue reserved, so there is plenty of space and privacy to conduct the story orientated evening.

Really fun and different whisky tasting! It’s not just about the whisky but also the folk tales. This is a great way to spend time in Edinburgh, especially on a cold or rainy day. Ben was a warm and charismatic story teller which made for a wonderful and memorable whisky tasting experience. Would highly recommend!

An informal and interesting storytelling experience in a wonderfully historic pub with the added bonus of drinking some great Whiksy. Luca is a brilliant storyteller and very knowledgeable. We had a really good time and I didn’t think I even liked whisky before it. I am the converted. I now have many curious and entertaining stories to pass on to other people. Thank you for such a great evening!

Joined Little Fish for their "History of Whisky with Tasting and Storytelling" tour and loved it! Ben is so knowledgable and friendly. It felt just like spending an evening with friends. We tried a few whiskies (other drink options available) and listened to fascinating stories about Edinburgh in a really interesting old pub.
