A fantastic couple of hours tasting and learning about whiskey. And meeting people from all over the world. Our guide Koffe was awesome. A great storyteller. Would highly recommend. Held downstairs in a cafe called Hot Toddy which was also a great little cafe.

I really enjoyed story telling along a tasting. There is so much history in Scotland, and the way it was presented with jocks and laugh just make it easier to absorb. We were introduced to 4 different whiskeys from different regions, and finally I understand what to look for.

Angus was our storyteller and he was excellent. I had never been to a whisky tasting before, and admittedly hadn’t drank much whisky, and he was brilliant at explaining the key terminology and making the history of whisky interesting. Angus was very personable and made the whole group feel welcome, as well as encouraging conversation throughout. The tunes were a great insight into Scottish music and the stories added to the experience. The whisky was also lovely.
