I booked the Royal Attraction & 48 hour hop on/hop off bus for 8 people. It was very straightforward to collect our tickets at St.Andrews Square and make our way to the bus to go to Edinburgh Castle. After a visit to the castle we waited a matter of minutes and hopped on another bus to visit Holyrood Palace. An excellent audio tour. The following day we hopped on the bus and went to the Botanic gardens & then the Royal Yacht Britannia. I would recommend this ticket for the must see sightseeing of Edinburgh in a weekend. Staff at the buses & venues were all very friendly, helpful & welcoming.

Everything is good apart from one tourist guide name COLEEN T. He is very rude to us and he doesn't even allow us to talk to each other during the tour. He made us apologized to other guests twice and even offered us the mircrophone to switch position him. This is very disrespectful to us. He doesnt even allow the guests to talk to each other and he doesn't allow minimal noise in the bus. We felt really disrespected and embarrassed in our experience with him. All other tourist guide and drivers are all very lovely apart from him
