Continue to Fort William and up to the Commando Memorial at Spean Bridge, offering magnificent views over Ben Nevis. Next you will take the "Road to the Isles," through the splendor of the 5 Sisters of Kintail, the mountains that guard the pass to the Isle of Skye. Stop to visit the famous Eilean Donan Castle, used in the film "Highlander" and located at the junction of 3 lochs as protection against Viking raiders. Crossing over the bridge to Skye, you head north to Portree where you will be dropped off at your accommodation. Enjoy an evening and dinner at leisure, exploring the town’s Gaelic attractions and harborside. Day 2: You will spend the day on the Isle of Skye with flexible arrangements. Booking a tour with Rabbie’s is ALWAYS a good idea. We have enjoyed yet another tour with them to the Isle of Skye and we had a blast! Many thanks to our guide Liam for organising a great schedule that makes the most of the day light and for braving the storm just so we can see a lot of beautiful views. Most importantly he never failed to remind us about the COVID guidelines all throughout the tour. I highly recommend it.

There was so much to see and enjoy during this trip! I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised throughout the tour. Our guide Nick made the trip extra special by ensuring we all saw the beautiful sights of the Highlands (some of them hidden), added with the history and stories of what we were seeing. This made me feel even more connected Scotland! loved it and would highly recommend!
