Fabulous trip! Paul was a superb driver, excellent guide and storyteller. His tips on what to do and where to eat were spot on. In Portree, eat at The Isle Inn and try the haggis plus an Old Mount Cherry and Berry Cider. Go before 6:30 to beat the crowds. Tuesday nights in the season, the Skye Pipe Band plays at 8pm.
I was a solo traveler, so was forced to pay double as a penalty. That was the ONLY negative aspect of the experience

Know before you go
- From April 1st 2024, there will be an additional stop at Dundreggan Rewilding Centre on day 3.
- The tour price only includes breakfast. Please bring cash for other meals and drinks.
- Travel insurance is recommended.
- Minimum age to travel is 5 years old, while anyone aged 5-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The order of the itinerary route is subject to change.
- Please note that the Jacobite Steam Train service (available April-October) may be subject to alterations and cancellations at short notice, outwith our control.
- Stopping at Glenfinnan to view the Viaduct with the coach is subject to availability.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase weighing no more than 33 pounds (15 kilograms) and 1 carry-on bag.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
