Full description
Day 1 Your first visit will be Blackness Castle overlooking the Firth of Forth. The castle was used as the backdrop for Fort William. Next, it's on to Wentworth Prison (or as it is also known, Linlithgow Palace). Onwards to Doune Castle, better known as Castle Leoch, home to Colum Mackenzie. The castle has also made appearances in the Monty Python and the Holy Grail film. Next, into the Highlands and through Glen Coe with a quick stop at Loch Ness before arriving at your overnight accommodation in Inverness. Day 2 Step back in time 4000 years ago at Clava Cairns, the inspiration for Craigh na Dun. Then, continue to Culloden Battlefield, the scene of the last battle fought on British soil. Discover a living history at the Highland Folk Museum and its various time period scenes. Relive one of the first scenes when Jamie's ghost looks up in Claire's room at Outlander's Inverness: Falkland Village. Finally, explore the outside of Lallybroch at Midhope Castle. There will be a quick photo stop before arriving back in Edinburgh.

We had a great time. Our guide Rob was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a lot of the Outlander sights and learned a lot about Scotland. The accommodations were nice. The bus was clean and comfortable. Beautiful countryside and amazing castles views. I’ve never seen so many sheep. Highly recommended.

This is the greatest tour I’ve ever taken. It is a must for Outlander fans. Jamie took us to all of the great Outlander sites and more. I learned so much about Scotland’s history and saw the most beautiful scenery. I recommend it even if you don’t know the show, because we still got to see the coolest parts of the highlands

An excellent surprise. Our guide Steven B was excellent as was our trip. The van was very comfortable and we loved the hotel we stayed at in Inverness, best croissant I've ever had!! The stops are beautiful and the guide always explains everything in a very good mood. Although we are not fluent in English, we were able to understand well because he spoke clearly and tried to speak slowly. I recommend with eyes closed!
