Our tour guide was Koffe, and he was great. Good stories and very engaging with group. He made sure we all kept together and on-schedule. Plus it was very easy to hear and understand him over the crowds, which was great. I've been with some other guides in the past that have voices that unfortunately don't carry so well. Koffe gave us the overall tour of the castle with some good stories about everything, and then at the end of the tour sent us off to explore further on our own.

Exceptional tour; our guide Angus was entertaining, knowledgeable & knew how to connect with an audience, asking everyone where they were from, and knew something about each country or town offered up to him. His comic skills were terrific, and he understood how to keep a crowd together and inform them sensibly with just the right amount of history.

Alan was an incredibly engaging, informative, and thoughtful. He is truly a gifted story teller, prompting in others an urge to return home and read more about the times, places, and people. He was one of our two favorite guides from the various sites visited in Europe over the years. Well done!
