Good guide, good tour, had an eerie feel to the room with the torture devices/exhibition which explained the history of the vaults. I'd recommend it to a friend or family member. We heard loud bangs down when we were told a story about the landlady... ghost come to say hello

Our guide, Andrew, was fantastic! Good history and stories with a theatric telling style. I deducted one star due to accessibility. To get to the "underground" vaults, you actually climb up a very narrow staircase (due to the elevation fluctuations of the city) the first step into the building is VERY high with no ramp. If you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Once in, the vaults are cool to see, but also very damp/slippery (wear good shoes). If you're able bodied, do it! If not, I recommend you pick a different tour. Overall, we liked it.

You will learn some scary stories about the catacombs and known serial killers. It was obvious to Adrian that he enjoys his job and likes to tell relevant stories. However, we had expected more, especially at night (cemeteries or similar), since this tour can also be completed during the day.
