A guided walking tour of Edinburgh in French covering the major UNESCO sites of Edinburgh in 5 to 6 hours, with a delicious lunch included.
What to Expect
The unique character of the city comes from the striking contrast between the medieval Old Town and the Georgian New Town, with each area containing many significant historic buildings. There is nothing better than combining a tour of both to have a good overview of its architectural, cultural and innovative heritage.
You will walk up the Royal Mile, the heart of the Old Town that extends from Holyrood Palace to the magnificent Edinburgh castle whilst learning about its iconic characters that shaped Scotland's history. Then, wander around the well organised streets, squares and terraces of the New Town that will give you a real sense of how life was lived 200 years ago, when houses were designed for fashionable entertainment at home.
Take a lunch break in a well established restaurant in the New Town.
