Once there, you'll visit the top sites along the mesa before your expedition into Cliff Palace. This portion of the tour lasts about 45 minutes, and includes climbing a narrow staircase and series of ladders to reach the dwellings. We paid three times what it would have cost if we had booked through the site itself. Felt like we were ripped off by your company. While the venue was great, it was ruined by the cost.

Guide was excellent and experience overall. Audio in the back of the truck could be louder and more clearer. Volume probably just needs to be adjusted.
