Full description
Your sightseeing starts as soon as you depart from Dubrovnik when your tour takes a short break on the Dubrovnik Bridge for a scenic view of the town. You will then continue along the Adriatic Coast, learning about various points of interest along the route. When you reach Ston you will enjoy sightseeing and free time. Ston is famous for its old salt flats and for having the second longest city walls in the world (after the Chinese walls). After sightseeing free time, the tour continues towards Orebić. Along the way, you will take in the panoramic scenery of the famous vineyards of Peljesac peninsula. Discover beautiful countryside and old settlements while listening to commentary on the wineries of Peljesac and on the area's mussel-breeding. In Orebić the tour boards the boat to Korčula. The island of Korčula presents a unique contact with the beautiful nature, and a thousand-year-old cultural tradition and history. You will have an opportunity to visit the birth house of Marco Polo, the church of St. Marco and many other monuments. Return to Orebić by boat and proceed to Potomje. Upon arrival in Potomje you will visit one of the most famous Croatian wineries. Your tasting will include famous wines as well as domestic brandy and liquors in the company of an expert from the winery. The tour returns to Dubrovnik in the afternoon.

Great trip all the way around. Had an early pickup at our hotel (Sheraton Dubrovnik). Let on time in a very comfortable Mini bus with 24 seats. Our driver was an expect getting us to each location ahead of schedule. And, our guide, Hannah, was exceptional---well organized, very knowledgeable, interesting and quite proficient in English. the cruise to Korcula, old town orientation walk and wine tasting were highlights. we definitely recommend this excursion ..well worth the price!

Yvan, the guide / driver was perfect and very interesting. however a few remarks: the timing could have given us an hour more in Ston in order to have time to climb up the wall a little and an hour less in Korcula, which is pretty but does not require half the day, especially since our guide does not accompany us and stays on the continent (remember to bring your own paper or digital guide). finally, according to the lady who made us taste the wine, "the agency has chosen to make you taste a low quality wine, without anything special". Not very appealing before even starting the tasting ....

Very enjoyable trip! We were a group of 7 people in a comfortable minivan and the trip lasted approximately 10.5 Hours - enough to make a short stop at Ston, and 3 hours at Korcula. Its a very beautiful island with historic old town and lovely coast (although not very appropriate for swimming for the lack of proper beaches). Our guide was excellent - polite, informative and made sure that we are comfortable. A great value for money this trip.
