What to Expect
You’ll depart from Dubrovnik in the early morning for the drive to Krka National Park, making your first stop on this full-day tour at Etnoland Dalmati.
Etnoland Dalmati is Croatia’s first ethnological theme park. Enjoy a guided tour of the park that includes sampling the local wine and the prosciutto ham and cheese. At the end of the park tour you can experience more Dalmatian specialties at an optional lunch, which is served in a traditional local house.
After lunch you’ll have a short ride from theme park to Lozovac, the entrance to Krka National Park. Meet up with the guide to begin your tour of the park.
The first and main attractions you’ll encounter are the magnificent Skradinski Buk waterfalls.
Enjoy a pleasant walk in the park, as your guide shows you and tells you about the attractions and natural wonders of Krka. You’ll have the opportunity to visit some small stone houses and watermills that have been transformed into museums, featuring a variety of exhibits.
Take a boat ride through the park to the islet of Visovac, where you’ll visit the museum and church.
On the return drive to Dubrovnik you’ll make a detour to the ancient town of Ston, and have the option of enjoying dinner at one of the best local restaurants, specializing in fish.
