It was a nice trip. Well organized and you get a decent amount of time at each place. The only negatives are spending over an hour just to pick people up, and like many others have said, we got held up at the border for quite a while. It wasn't horrible as long as you brought things to stay occupied. Just a long day. We were gone 12 hours.

We had a great day. We had the option of following the guided tour or not, and made the choice to be on our own for the entire time. We loved the first stop in Perast (we didn't take the boat trip) and were able to swim with a splendid landscape and immense calm. We appreciated the city of Kotor a little less. Which we consider quite dirty and much busier. Crossing the border on the way back from the excursion (entering Europe) can be long, in our case 4 hours for 820m. However the driver and the encounters along the way made the time fly by. Thanks to the guide and to Srjan (our great driver)!!!

Take the excursion without the boat because you will have a private driver, unfortunately I don't have his name, but that's fine. Not against don't forget to extend your data roaming otherwise the excursion may cost you dearly. You can choose to be alone in Kotor but if you prefer explanations take the guide.
