Our guide, Vesna, was enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge of the old city and the history of the Jewish community. We learned a great deal about the history of Dubrovnik and she had some personal insights since she has lived in the old town and has family remaining there. We visited the synagogue and had a good discussion of how the Jewish population started in Dubrovnik and has fared throughout history. I recommend her highly for this and other tours of Dubrovnik.

This was such an informative tour and it was wonderful that our guide had lived in the old city. Such incredible perspective. We saw a part of the old city we never would have seen. Velna was so knowledgeable of the history of both the Jewish community and the old city itself. We loved seeing the synagogue and hearing of its history and the history of the Jewish people living in Dubrovnik centuries ago. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
