Full description
A unique Game of Thrones tour that covers the most famous King’s Landing filming locations in hbo's award-winning show. Dubrovnik’s timeless beauty and spectacular setting has been recognized by media producers and visitors from across the globe, landing Dubrovnik firmly on the “Treasures of European Film Culture” list. With help of our experienced guides, you’ll learn how this city’s cobbled streets, fortresses and palaces were transformed into the infamous capital of Westeros. The tour brings back to life the most memorable scenes from the show such as the street where King Joffrey was attacked by enraged citizens, the Jesuit staircase where the Walk of Shame took place, and the magnificent Fort Lovrijenac (the Red Keep) with its stunning view of the old city that was a backdrop to several plots and arguments in the show. The route will also take you to Blackwater Bay, the scene of the shocking battle of the same name, and many goodbyes and reunions throughout got’s eight seasons. You will hear production details, amusing anecdotes and secrets from behind the scenes, as many of our guides assisted as crew and extras during the production. After the guided walk, the tour ends with a panoramic boat trip which will give you an impressive perspective of Dubrovnik and its medieval walls from the sea. Sail past the amphitheater where Oberyn and the Mountain had their epic clash, before cruising by the lush island of Lokrum, visited by the Mother of Dragons during her excursion to the trading city of Qarth. After this 45-min sea voyage, the tour ends back on dry land, in the center of the old town. This unforgettable tour is not just a visit to the filming locations. It's a chance to relive the magic of the series and create memories that you'll treasure forever! So, don't miss out on this opportunity to bring the world of Game of Thrones to life!

Great tour of Dubrovnik including lots of information on the filming and locations of Game of thrones. Our guide was Josiph who was very informative and enjoyed teaching us about the Game of Thrones information. He didn’t rush the tour and there were just enough people to make sure it ran smoothly. To begin with there were too many people and they split us into groups of 2. Was a good time of day to do the tour at 11am, bit can imagine it would be too hot in the summer months to so it at this time. Had a great day and would definitely recommend this tour.

Marija was excellent as a guide, s friendly and happy. She made hit her business to have small talk with everyone in the group at some stage. She really knew her trade and was even making other recommendations for other things to do or what not to miss whilst doing something else. I'd definitely recommend this tour and anyone who gets Marija is lucky!!

Our guide Tea has done a brilliant job: she was knowledgeable, knew how to grip attention of the group, has a great sense of humor and apart of telling us about “Game of thrones” also shared with us interesting details about Dubrovnik itself. Highly recommended! Well done, Tea!
