A full breakfast will be provided daily in the vila lodge or in your private balcony overlooking the sea. The al fresco lunch is served during the daily excursions in the yacht. The captain's Mediterranean fareweel dinner is served in the villa lodge and on other evenings you'll be transferred to the most popular restaurants and Agrotourism sites on Korčula. Vegetarian and Raw food meals are also available.
The yacht represents flexibility and independence: a way to get away from it all or to go where the action is. Guests have opportunity to dine, swim, and snorkel from the yacht. The yacht is 15 meters long and was made in Finland in 2012 with a horsepower of 1000. It is considered a 4x4 for the sea. It features an open-deck space for up to 18 guests with a flybridge and space for sunbathing. Furthermore, it has a cozy cabin with two toilets and a shower and a modern kitchen.
The Captain's Villa:
Your homebase is a four-star villa; spacious seaside villa on the picturesque bay of Lumbarda on Korcula island just 50 meters away from the clear blue sea. It consists of 3 private modern apartments with double bedrooms and en suite toilets with a shower, a modern kitchen and balconies with a view to the sea. The captain's villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. There is free wireless internet access, an outdoor hot tub and a private jetty with parasols and sea kayaks to enjoy in your free time.
Arrival to Dubrovnik airport where a private chauffeur will meet you and take you to Korcula Island in a luxury minivan to Korcula. Make a mid-way stop in Ston, famous for having the largest stone wall in Europe and take a private tour of the stone walls. Have a festive lunch in the captain's restaurant and take a part in a wine tasting. The Pelješac peninsula is a region renowned for its red wine. Get the chance to try the best oysters in this part of Europe. Get together later in the day and get the agenda for the week.
Enjoy a full breakfast on the villa balcony overlooking the stunning Lumbarda village bay and Adriatic sea. After breakfast your Captain will escort you to a private jetty and make a short briefing about safety, introduce you to the yacht followed by a trip to the top Croatian national park island of Mljet. For most people, Mljet is an island lost in the open sea and the island is indeed hard to reach. But do not let this sight, mentioned in the Odyssey and by St.Paul, remain a secret to you. The national park is famous for its two salt lakes in the north end of the island and the 12th century Benedictine monastery. The yacht has plenty of space to relax and unwind and will insure that this trip to Mljet Island is far above other commercial trips to same island. Hike on gravel roads surrounded with national park sea lakes, snorkel, swim or sunbathe and admire Adriatic fishes. Last but not least has a delicious Dalmatian lunch on the yacht on a peaceful bay served by your captain. Return from the beautiful Mljet in the late afternoon.
Enjoy a 40-minute relaxing trip on the Targa 44 to Lastovo, a green island in the midst of the blue Adriatic open sea, surrounded by numerous small silver islands. Marvel at untouched nature, traditional architecture, and healthy and fresh island food from the fields and the crystal-clear sea. Drink the wines that the Roman emperors drank. The Lastovo archipelago was declared a nature park in 2006. Hike, explore, swim, snorkel, and dine on Lastovo Island like Romans used to do. Go back to your villa in the late afternoon.
There is nothing like waking up in your villa and enjoying your breakfast knowing that today you will cruise towards the UNESCO protected and spectacularly beautiful city of Dubrovnik. The ride to the “Pearl of Adriatic” takes 90 minutes. That simply means more quality time in Dubrovnik and less time for time-consuming road transfers and the hustle-bustle of street traffic like in other commercial tour operators. Last but not the least you will be served a tasty lunch on nearby Elafiti Island by your Captain. There will be plenty of time for swimming and sunbathing before the ride back to Korcula.
The fifth day is a full day of adventure in the Korcula island archipelago and Korcula Old town. The town of Korcula, said to be the home of Marco Polo, was mostly built in the 15th century and the island's local population were famous for their decorative stone carving work which adorn the city's facades to this day. Visit the beautiful old city walls and have your private Tour guide escort you to the Marco Polo Museum and the 14th century Cathedral. Coffee and ice-cream will be served to you in one of many cafes and restaurants around the edges of the seaside city walls. Later on cruise and go to the Badija Islet with the best snorkeling spots. The trip to Hvar only takes 60 minutes. It is is situated in picturesque nature, facing the southern side of the world and filled with many Mediterranean attractions. Hvar gained a powerful reputation during the Middle Ages as an important port for the Venetian naval empire. Today, it is the center of the island’s tourism and one of the most popular destinations in the Dalmatian Riviera. After some Hvar sightseeing of the old town center, the cathedral, the arsenal Spanjol fortress, and some coffee and drinks with your private tour guide go for swim and snorkel in the lovely beaches of nearby Pakleni island and have a delicious Dalmatian lunch on the yacht. You will return to the villa in the late afternoon.
Have a full, leisurely last day to do whatever you please, Buggy safari excursions with a tour guide, sea kayaking, or wine tasting at the famous Korcula island winery - Agrotourism Bire. In the late afternoon go to the festive dining experience around old Korcula city. Watch the gorgeous Korcula sunset while your own Captain serves various favorites by candlelight on the peaceful bay. It will exceed all of your expectations.
