Norman our guide was fantastic in looking after everyone, keeping us informed, giving great directions and was a wealth of knowledge. The tour was wonderful and covered a wide area of Ireland. The castle and the village were so good. Great experience, worth the fee.

Our trip was thrown a curve ball due to a fatal incident on the rail line. However, our tour guide, John, was extremely helpful & adapted to make the trip as good as possible given the delay. Ronan, our driver, did an excellent job of getting us safely from location to location.

The was a very easy tour to enjoy. We met at the Heuston Train station and there was a bright yellow sign & guide jackets for check in. We had our own section of the rail car. Our guide, Brian, explained how the day was structured and what to expect. Unfortunately, Bunratty Castle wasn't open for the season yet (01 March 23) so we spent some time at the local shops & grabbed a hot chocolate. Off to Lahinch then lunch in a local pub. Bus was comfortable, had overhead storage and usb charging. Next we spend approx 2 hours at the Cliffs of Moher before driving to Galway via the Burrens. Brian provided good commentary about local culture, agriculture/farming, etc. With the time we didn't spend at Bunratty, I wish we did a driving tour of Galway. After dinner at a local pub, we jumped on the train (reserved section) for our return to Dublin. It was a great day and we were lucky with the weather!
