Full description

Tour the coastline of Northern Ireland on a day trip from Dublin in a comfortable bus. Follow your guide as you visit iconic sights, including the Giant's Causeway, the Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, and Belfast.

Depart Dublin and travel North, stopping at a service station along the way for breakfast, to buy lunch, and to stretch your legs. Your first attraction is to take a 5-minute photo stop at the famous and picturesque ruins of Dunluce Castle. Afterward, head to the Giant's Causeway, formed from about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns. Enjoy at least 2 hours at the UNESCO World Heritage Site and get up close to the hexagonal columns, often referred to as the "8th Wonder of the World." Take in the fantastic views of the Irish Sea and then spend around 20 minutes traveling along the avenue of intertwined beech trees known as "Dark Hedges." Planted in the 18th-century by the Stuart family, the beautiful sight was used in the Game of Thrones series and the Transformers movie. Lastly, go to Belfast to see the capital of Northern Ireland and the birthplace of the Titanic ocean liner. Stop next to Belfast City Hall and spend approximately 1.5 hours exploring the city. Do some sightseeing, shopping, and grab some food before continuing the journey home.

Very interesting tour, good if youre a Game of Thrones fan, we're not but still realy enjoyed the dark hedges. We booked for the Giants Causeway which exceeded our expectations, long walk to get to but worth it and we has great fun stone hopping. Shame they didnt allow us in the National Trust shop to buy any souvenirs tho. The coach trip was informative and Patrick our driver made the 3 hour journey each way go quickly with info, quizzes, games, prizes, music through the speaker and on the TV - would definitely recommend this trip, good value too

What a trip! All of our stops were absolutely fantastic. Noel, our guide, was finishing training but was spot on and very friendly. Brian was the head guide and was fantastic as well. How can we complain about Stefan, our driver. He was friendly and got us back in one piece. I asked questions to all 3 and was happy with the information and good vibes from everyone. This tour and tour company were great and I highly recommend them.

It was overall a great experience! We stopped in the morning to pick up lunch at a petrol station and then headed on our way to see all the sights. There was ample time in each destination although truthfully, i could have spent the whole day at Giant's Causeway. Belfast was nice. We opted to do a hop on hop off tour rather than the titanic museum which was a more fun venture for us.
