Full description

Embark on a guided day trip to discover the iconic Cliffs of Moher by bus. Visit Galway and its stunning surrounding landscape and see famous landmarks, including Dunguaire Castle and Kilmacduagh Monastery.

Depart Dublin at 6:45 AM and journey through the flat open plain of the Curragh. Pass the Irish National Stud thoroughbred horse breeding facility as your guide shares a wealth of history and information.

Head to the ruins of Kilmacduagh Monastery and its roundhouse—unique for the way it leans over by more than 2 feet. Spend 15-20 minutes here. Then, arrive at the Cliffs of Moher for a view of the Atlantic Ocean and explore on your own for 2 hours.

Go to the visitor's center for the interactive Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience with a large multimedia screen displaying a bird's-eye view from the cliffs, and a video from the underwater caves.

Next, discover the lunar landscapes of The Burren with a 15–20-minute visit and hear about the many secrets of this atypical landscape, home to the warmest ground temperature in Ireland.

Arrive in the city of Galway, where you will have around 1 hour to explore on your own. Discover its old-world charm on cobblestone streets that evoke an authentic Ireland of times gone by.

Then drive along the coastal route of the Wild Atlantic Way to Kinvara, passing Dunguaire Castle and the 12 Bens mountain range along the way. Return to Dublin and get dropped off at the meeting point at around 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

The tour was perfectly organized. The meeting point was convenient and there were no delays. Our guide and driver (Big D. and Marco, if not mistaken) were very nice, helpful and made our tour even better. Our guide offered plenty of information without being boring, and he was funny on the same time. Time was well spent among the various sights. Cliffs of Moher are one of the best places of natural beauty that I have ever been. Furthermore, Irish countryside is very picturesque and calming. Also enjoyed the Burren landscape. I believe that is a tour one must take when in Dublin even for a few days. Definitely worth it.

It was an amazing day spent with Sean and Marco visiting Cliffs of Moher, Gallway. While giving us information about history of Ireland, places we visited, they also made few photo stops during the trip which was lovely to capture scenic landscapes and beauty of Ireland. Poems by Sean were the icing on the cake. Thankyou for the wonderful day.

This tour was worth every penny! It was a long drive but I didn't mind it one bit. The tour guide gives an amazing run-down of Irish history and is very charismatic too. You get to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the bus and als from getting off the bus and walking around. We had great weather so seeing and walking up the Cliffs was grand. We got plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Our tour guide Luke was very punctual, knowledgeable and charismatic. It was never a dull moment with him on the bus. All in all this was an amazing experience and I couldn't recommend it enough! Thank you Luke and Matko for being amazing. If I ever find myself back in Ireland I will for sure book another tour with you guys!!
