Richard with Hilltoptrek was fantastic! He was so kind and got us to each of our destinations safe and sound. One great thing about this tour too is that while it’s informative and filled with lots of history about Ireland’s Neolithic people, it isn’t all day like some of the other popular day trips out of Dublin. This meant that we left Dublin around 8 am and were back by 4:30 pm (1630) which was perfect for us because we’re only in Dublin for a short amount of time, so it let us still have a chance to explore Dublin’s nightlife. And we were able to catch some live music and great traditional Irish fare. Also, the weather was perfect! Not one rain cloud in the sky, the views were breathtaking at every stop. Just a perfect day, especially for March.
The guide (Richard) was a true gentleman who told us about Irish history and curiosities. The tour is wonderful and highly recommended.
