Bus pass for 3 days is pricey but worth it. It takes a while before you understand how public transport works, but after that it is nice to be able to get on any bus at any time. The only downside is that you have to exchange your voucher. You can do that at the airport, but nobody knows where to do it. We were sent from pillar to post. Finally bought a separate ticket for the bus to Dublin center to exchange it there at the bus station.

So easy to use, tour guides were great (Greg was very funny) and such a good route. The ticket had great vouchers, the little museum was 10/10. However, the bus times at stops were a little unreliable and did not follow the schedule on the map so we had to wait at the stops longer than expected.

Well, the possibility to convert / activate the voucher into a ticket at the airport Terminal 1 is no longer available because the office is closed. Nevertheless, I was able to use the public bus into the city free of charge upon request from the driver. Activation was possible without any problems at the head office on O'Conell Street. The hop on-hop tour was very good. The first time I rode the entire route without getting off. The next day I used the trip again with boarding and alighting at individual stations. The buses always came on time. - Very good.
