Full description

Embark on a guided day trip to discover the iconic Cliffs of Moher by bus. Visit Galway and its stunning surrounding landscape and see famous landmarks, including Dunguaire Castle and Kilmacduagh Monastery.

Depart Dublin at 6:45 AM and journey through the flat open plain of the Curragh. Pass the Irish National Stud thoroughbred horse breeding facility as your guide shares a wealth of history and information.

Head to the ruins of Kilmacduagh Monastery and its roundhouse—unique for the way it leans over by more than 2 feet. Spend 15-20 minutes here. Then, arrive at the Cliffs of Moher for a view of the Atlantic Ocean and explore on your own for 2 hours.

Go to the visitor's center for the interactive Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience with a large multimedia screen displaying a bird's-eye view from the cliffs, and a video from the underwater caves.

Next, discover the lunar landscapes of The Burren with a 15–20-minute visit and hear about the many secrets of this atypical landscape, home to the warmest ground temperature in Ireland.

Arrive in the city of Galway, where you will have around 1 hour to explore on your own. Discover its old-world charm on cobblestone streets that evoke an authentic Ireland of times gone by.

Then drive along the coastal route of the Wild Atlantic Way to Kinvara, passing Dunguaire Castle and the 12 Bens mountain range along the way. Return to Dublin and get dropped off at the meeting point at around 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Everything was perfect, Kevin and Larry were super nice to us and made the experience more than enjoyable. I'm pregnant and I was feeling nauseous so Larry told me to sit in the front which helped a lot. Kevin told us lots of interesting things about Ireland and he even spoke some Spanish (we are Argentinians). I would totally recommend doing this activity with them, we are more than pleased with the results :)

Our tour was wonderful. We had Sean as our tour guide and I fully recommend requesting him if possible. He was caring, funny, and efficient, giving us lots of helpful details and even lending me a phone charger at one point. In between each stop he would give us a quick history lesson, complete with traditional and contemporary Irish musical interludes. Cannot say enough good things about Sean! (And the tour of course, the cliffs were absolutely stunning, and the other stops were beautiful as well).

This tour was the most fun I’ve ever been on! Sean and Vic were incredible. So kind, informative, and helpful. It was very clear that they put a lot of time and effort into planning a good tour and making it a good experience for everyone. All the way down to the music that was played as Sean explained different historical aspects. He regularly checked on each member of the group to ensure everyone was having a good time. We had plenty of time at every stop to make it an enjoyable experience. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to have a positive experience in Ireland. The cliffs were amazing, the monastery was incredible and the explanations were so informative and great. Thanks so much Sean and Vic!
