Make the most of your time in Ireland with a day trip that takes in as some of the country's most emblematic natural and historic landmarks, including the Cliffs of Moher, Dunguaire Castle, and Kilmacduagh Monastery, as well as the 2020 European Capital of Culture, Galway City.

Meet your guide at Dublin City Gallery and hop on the bus for a journey of adventure along Ireland's west coast. Enjoy an introduction to Irish culture as you listen to traditional songs on the drive through the open plains of the Curragh, a well-known horsebreeding area.

Next, continue to Kilmacduagh Monastery to stroll through the grounds of this ruined abbey for up to 20 minutes. Admire its towerhouse and see for yourself why the locals have nicknamed it the Leaning Tower of Gort.

At your next stop, the Cliffs of Moher, enjoy 2 hours of free time to explore the 200-meter-high cliffs at your own pace. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Aran Islands. Complete your visit with the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience which allows you to see the cliffs from a birds-eye view.

Continue your journey with a quick 20-minute stop in the Burren to admire the area's lunar-like landscapes. Learn more about the area from your guide's dynamic commentary.

In Galway, enjoy 1 hour of free time to explore the cobblestone streets at your own pace. Now is a good time to stop for lunch and immerse yourself in the city's booming gastronomic scene. Your guide will be happy to recommend the best seafood or traditional Irish restaurants.

On the way back to Dublin, take in the views as you drive along the Wild Atlantic Way, a scenic coastal driving trail. Continue towards "Ireland's Soundest Town", Kinvara, passing by the medieval Dunguaire Castle and the 12 Bens mountain range along the way.

We started late because the driver did not show up. Or tour guide made some jokes that just didn’t land with the group but she was informative and friendly and tried to make sure no one was left behind. It started raining when we got to Galway and the group got separated so a lot of us were left not knowing what to do there. Nonetheless, it was nice to have a ride there and learn about the places before seeing them.

Derek is probably the funnies, kindest and the most professional guide I've ever met. He's such a credit to the company and Ireland as a whole. Incredibly charming and knowledgeable, he made a rainy day one full of sunshine. The tour is wonderful, first Cliffs of Moher, an old monastery and finally Galway. They all have different aspects that anyone can enjoy. JP the driver was excellent, bravely roaming through very narrow roads and keeping everyone safe, and he made a great team with Derek. I would recommend this tour to anyone and would love to do it again myself.

Very nice excursion on the Cliffs of Moher with some stops on the Barack Obama Petrol Station (yes there is a petrol station named under Barack Obama because of his Irish roots), Kilmacduagh Abbey, the Burren and Galway. Our tour guide’s name was Yvonne and the coach driver’s was Mitko. Yvonne is from Ireland, she is clearly passionate about her country and you can tell she knows a lot about it and its history, culture, anecdotes. A pleasure to listen to her during the coach trip. I loved the different stops and mostly the cliffs that were just jaw dropping !!! You feel like on another planet with this incredible view on the Atlantic Ocean and those 200 meters high cliffs. In my opinion the stop of 1h50 at the cliffs was a bit too short and we couldn’t even reach the Moher Tower at Hag’s Head because the round trip hike was just too long and there were so many people. We couldn’t neither go to O’Brien’s tower and see the exhibition. But it was still a very nice moment.
