Getting in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. It was a nice experience to see all the different birds and animals but we did feel they were a bit stressed / depressed. Suddenly through the experience an extremely loud Christmas song was played. It was too loud for humans, so I can only imagine how it was for the creatures? Saw the sloth and that was a first! The fact that we got to see some birds and animals we haven't seen before, is the reason for the 4 stars, but I believe if they expanded the area; so there's more space for the animals and if they were more considerate about the actual rain forest habitat, the experience could have been worth the price tag!

This was a nice experience. I like the fact you had a separate line for those who pre purchased their tickets which made it easier to get into the building. I loved that the birds, rabbit, turtle and lemur were free to move around. I wish they had at least 1 more lemur and a couple more rabbits. Didn’t get to see the sloth which I was sad about but it was a cool way to be up close and personal with animals and not see them in a cage

Loved it. Some amazing animals throughout all 4 floors. We got some fantastic pictures. We got to hold snakes and cockroaches too. The rainforest rain segment was nice too. Very good for kids (even though we didn’t have any) but it was still amazing. The food there was nice as well.
