Dubai likes to do things bigger and better than anywhere else. Thanks to the city's hop-on hop-off buses, you can see as much or as little of the city at a time as you wish. Here are five places to see at your own pace!
If the sprawling metropolis all gets a bit much, why not alight at the city's Heritage Village to discover the traditional crafts and cultures that have enriched Dubai's history?
The Grand Mosque isn't open to non-Muslims, but the Jumeirah Mosque is a great alternative.
The creek's scenery changes from urban sprawl to natural wonder as you near the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Some bus tours even include a cruise ticket in the price!
Any visitor ought to experience at least one of the city's traditional markets. Hop-on hop-off buses stop at all Dubai's best, including the Old Souk, Gold Souk, and Spice Souk.
Hop-on hop-off bus tours are one of the cheapest ways to check out Dubai's sights. Prices start in the region of €60 for a single day's sightseeing, with costs going up from there based on duration or various add-on activities. There are also fantastic family or group price options.
Tour providers offer a number of route options around the city. Be sure to check the route prior to booking. If you plan on sticking to a 24-hour ticket, it would be wise to prioritize the city, marina, and beach. If you finish with time to spare, you can always join another route!

What people are saying about Dubai
I was able to roam around Dubai through this hop on hop off tour bus. It save me a lot of money from travelling one place to another. It is very convenient especially if you don't know the place. The Filipinos who are orienting us and telling us the history of the place are amazing. Very friendly and a safe place to be. Even the drivers are really good. They give us unlimited supply of water. I love the sunset desert experience, the flamingo and sharjah tour. If I have a changed to go back there I will still go for dubai hop on hop off tour. I will explore other places like abu Dhabi and the burj al Arab, dolphinarium, the old souk , gold souk, spice souk and many more. Excellent tour, good value for money. My family enjoy every day of our tour. In spite of the soaring heat which was a shock for mg kids...they could hardly breathed but after 3 days we were able to adopt it gradually. To top it all...it's the most a amazing tour I've ever had among the many countries I've been.
There was great communication throughout the process of excursion. The tour guide picked up my wife and I promptly from our hotel and took us to the dessert destination. We started off with the dessert tour (please advice that you shouldn't either eat too much or go on an empty stomach as the motions of the car can make you feel sick). The driver was attended enough to ensure all passengers in the car are happy. after the tour we had a BBQ lunch and a few traditional dancer shows to keep us entertained. we also had the chance of smoking shisha (if your into that and handling falcons, which was rather interesting. followed by camel riding and pictures with the baby camels. Overall this was very much value for money. and I most certainly would recommend this again. I have to give an extra thank you to Iklaq who was the tour guide who looked after all passengers including myself who were in his vehicle :)
We were delighted of everything we've discovered using the 5-Days Ticket. It was the perfect choice and we recommend it for anyone interested in getting everywhere and seeing everything (or, almost). A 3-days or less ticket wouldn't have been enough, as the distances are quite big, and there are a lot of interesting things to see, plus that the 5-day Tickets include a bunch of further more attractions and discounts. I would say that at this price, it was really a "gift". RECOMMEND IT!
This is a good way to see both the old Dubai and the new (modern) Dubai in one day. There are 3 different routes that together cover Dubai. The commentary provides useful information on the history and culture of Dubai and the UAE. Note that together the three routes take about 6 hours to get through without jumping on and off. At unexpected times of the day there can be traffic on some of the routes. There was live English commentary on one of the buses along the red route.
The information provided was good but there was a lot of time that there was often “filler” music which became annoying. That time could and should have been filled with more information and also information that was not so obviously directed at encouraging the spending of more money. Fewer malls and more interesting information!
