Noor was such an amazing guide. He explained a lot while travelling the whole day, just perfect. He had much patience with us and is also a great photographer. We loved that we skipped looooong waiting lines in the different spots that we made. Personally I liked Presidential palace more than Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The mosque was simply over filled because we went there on a Friday. Strongly recommend!

In December we did the 'German' day tour to Abu Dhabi. The group size was perfect with around 16 people (+ driver and tour guide). Our German speaking tour guide, Hamdy, was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting information. He knew about the Islamic culture (of course), but also about the German culture, so he could easily explain things to Germans. The trip was well organised (e.g. straight forward, no long queues for us, and for the Mosque visit all women were given Abayas so that no one had any problems entering). Unfortunately there was not enough time in the Qasr Al Watan to see everything. Maybe the overlong stay on the 74th floor of the Etihad Tower could have been a bit shorter in exchange for more time at the Qasr Al Watan, nevertheless overall the trip was excellent.

This is my second review for OceanAir travels and they didn’t disappoint again..... We were picked up at our hotel and transferred into a nice air conditioned van. Our guide Mohammad Iqbal was a joy from the start. He started and gave us some information as we started about safety and security. Also since we were heading to the mosque first, he checked all the woman clothing to make sure it was modest and respectable for the culture. If you don’t have the proper attire, the tour will provide you an abaya for the woman. (It was a nice touch) We saw some really cool buildings along the way, and also got the information behind those buildings. Pulling up to the Grand Mosque, you literally have no words! Pictures really don’t do it any justice. It is absolutely breathtaking! We got there at an early time so we didn’t have to experience such heavy crowds. As we walking through, everything was in perfect time. We got a little background on the mosque, the dome sizes, etc.
