Overall good trip and guide Samel was good but the Burg Khalifa visit that i was looking forward to most was very rushed, the crowds were huge so it took a while to get up but we had to join the exit queue straight away so that we could make our meeting time to go back to the hotel, so was disappointed at the end

She went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy and went over and above to make sure my husband could attend the dinner as we didn't get a message saying he had to wear long trousers. She was very knowledgable and pleasant and was very patient with some one the tour that were not following instructions. I thought the highlights we saw were amazing and well worth the money of the trip. My only comment is that in the tour you should include the ticket to go right to the top of the Burg Khalifa I didn't realise we only went to the first two viewing platforms I would have paid more to go to the top if I had known. Overall a great experience.

Overall , really enjoyed the tour , good use of time to see city highlights. Although the Saga stop was educational, I would have thought the city had much better sights , maybe a traditional souk? Food was excellent at the Armani and the fountains and burn kalefa were great. The tour rep was really friendly, the only criticism was that we had booked for the English guide experience, however as she had booked a group of 10 Spanish friends on that day , the tour was done predominantly in Spanish with the occasional English translation... However overall very good trip and value for money .
