Morning Desert Safari with Latif Jan – An Unforgettable Adventure! I had the pleasure of joining a morning desert safari with Latif Jan, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the UAE! We started early in the morning when Latif picked us up right on time in his powerful 4x4. His warm smile and friendly nature immediately made us feel comfortable. As we drove out of the city, the landscape slowly transformed into golden sand dunes – the real adventure was about to begin. Quad Biking: Our first activity was quad biking. After a quick safety briefing, we hopped on the bikes and took off into the dunes. Riding across the open desert with the wind in your face is an adrenaline rush like no other. The bikes were in great condition, and Latif made sure we felt safe and confident throughout. Camel Ride: Next, we got to experience the desert the traditional way – on camelback. Full description
Start your adventure with a convenient pickup at your hotel and drive out to the wilderness by 4WD. Journey to the remote desert area of Lehbab, approximately 50 kilometers from Dubai city center.
Marvel at the silky red sand and towering dunes. Hop on a camel to get a short ride or perhaps choose the optional quad bike experience.
Head into the desert onboard your 4WD Land Cruiser as the vehicle slips and slides like a roller-coaster across the dunes. Try your hand at sandboarding, or just relax and take photos of the spectacular views of the sunset, before being dropped off back at your hotel.

- Quad biking is a self-driving activity taken at your own risk and the activity provider’s insurance does not cover it. Any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider and passenger. International travel insurance is recommended as self-driving activities are prone to risk, possibly leading to serious injury.
- The minimum age to drive the quad bike is 16 years old.
- Please do not eat 2-3 hours before the safari to minimize the risk of getting sick during dune bashing.
- Wear covered shoes in summer for your safety.
