Dubai: Half-Day Sightseeing Tour in English or German

Great tour overall. Saw lots of locations we wouldn’t have on our own. The stops were all brilliant and we got plenty of free time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and looked after us well. The downside is the bus was a little bit old. Definitely not a luxury bus, and Atlantis did not include tickets to the actual aquarium. It was just a walk around the hotel common areas and a look through the three large windows. A bit disappointed at this as the description says tickets to Atlantis aquarium. We were also on a half day tour but had been tagged onto a full day tour so not sure we got what we had booked.

Alles in allem hat mir die Tour gut gefallen - Amira er ein hervorragender Guide. Allerdings war ich etwas enttäuscht vom Aquarium - mitnichten geht man dort rein wie es die Beschreibung vermuten lässt - man läuft im öffentlichen Bereich einmal um die große Scheibe - das war auch toll aber nicht das eigentliche Aquarium. Und auch der Stop beim Burj al Arab ist nicht notwendig, man hält zwischen anderen Autos für ein Foto des Hotels von vorne - dabei ist der berühmte Anblick der von der Seite. Die Souks waren interessant, aber super touristisch und JEDER hat uns angesprochen. Alles in allem aber eine tolle Tour um alles mal zu sehen und sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen - großes Lob noch einmal an Amira!

The city of Dubai is stunning. We were taken to the old town first then went across the river on a boat and shown many lovely sights in the new part of town. The guide was fantastic. Gave us so much interesting information about Dubai, it’s history, the people. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time and took some really memorable photos of us. I think her name was Amira. The driver we had was also very good. The only drawback to the day was that it was soo hot and humid. This tour is a definite must do when visiting Dubai.
