Pickup went really well, great Land Cruiser and a very nice, information-loving driver (Mr. Khan!). First stop on the edge of the desert with quad terrain (extra cost) and a few shops for tourists. Then it went into the desert. The drive through the dunes was the highlight. Finally, we went to a camp with a show program. Everything very geared towards tourists, but with some positive things. The show on the central stage had ups and downs. The two dancers could not or did not feel like it. Different is a dancer and the "fire-eater". The buffet opened in between was very good and just as rich as it was varied. After about two hours in the camp it went back. A good event, I pulled a star because of the sometimes perceived "tourism load" and parts of the show.

    Terrific experience in the desert!

I found myself in Dubai on a business trip with a day to explore on my own. Found this company online and highly recommend booking with them! The guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped make for an unforgettable day in the desert - loved the 'offroading' in the desert dunes and amazing views of endless sand. The dinner at camp and dancing was a nice local touch.

    Extremely good price-value ratio

Before describe my experience one must bear in mind the price paid for everything I will mention. It was 50 Euro......fifty...euro. Taken from the hotel doorsteps by a gentleman with 3 more guests in the toyota dune basher. Driven more than 150 km all the way up to Sharja desert with red sand like the one you see in the hourglasses. Finest sand I ever touched. This alone was enough for the price paid. Then proceeded with a hefty series of dune bashing and sliding on the red sand dunes. Stop for pictures, more dune bashing, stop in camp for refreshments and other attractions. We then moved to the camp in Dubai where we had sodas, sisha, barbeque, and entertainment shows including a spectacular fire show by a young man that left me speechless. All of this...for....fifty euros. Was the sisha the best ever, the barbeque restaurant grade? of course not but it was more than decent and after everything dropped off in front of the hotel stairs? For 50 Euro?? Everyone deserves good tips.
