I bought the access only tickets up to floors 124 & 125 and they were perfect for what we wanted. Good service - no queue - we got there early for our 11am slot and were able to go straight up. Quick and efficient staff meant we were at the top in minutes. We enjoyed the outdoor viewing platform and went up the stairs to the next level. Not crowded, great views and opportunity to buy souvenirs there.

Vouchers in cards change very well and quickly. Long ways to the elevator, but Corona requires few visitors. Not worth the extra costs for the time of sunset, as the sun goes down in the sea and no sunset appears due to the lack of clouds. She just goes under

We liked the time flexibility: we signed up for 130 then our driver showed up late. No one even looked at our assigned time. Glad!! Groups were spaced evenly so not horribly crowded (covid restrictions?) The tour itself was wonderfully self explanatory: visual displays with pictures, labels in English and Arabic, videos effectively timed with music. Definitely need to go to both floors: 125 goes all the way around whereas 124 on goes on one side (east I think). I at first thought Lame! But then realized there was a staircase to 2nd level. Stunning city, Dubai! The view from these two floors is awesome. Our only complaint were the pushy tourists at some points, and the crying children. The tour guides crammed way too many people in the elevator (esp given covid) which I think scared the babies and kids, so many were crying by the time we got to the 124th floor. People in the elevator elbowed to get out when we got to the top and elbowed is when we got to the bottom.
