- Your eSIM/SIM card can be collected at Dubai International Airport (DXB) only. This product is not valid for the Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai (DWC)
- You will receive your redemption voucher within 60 minutes of your booking, which must be presented when you pick up your SIM
- Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for eSIM/SIM Card redemption
- This product is exclusively available to tourists visiting the UAE and not to UAE citizens or residents
- According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one eSIM/SIM Card can be issued per passport
- The passport holder must be at least 18 years old and present at the moment of eSIM/SIM activation
- All bookings for UAE eSIM/SIM cards are accepted on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA approved SIM distributor) and all eSIM/SIM activations are done within the UAE
