It was my first scuba diving experience. I don’t know how to swim, and I’m extremely afraid of water — I was trembling just thinking about going under. Karin or Karim — I don’t remember the exact name — was an absolutely amazing instructor. I have no words to thank him enough. As soon as I stepped into the water, I couldn’t control my breathing, but he taught me how to calm down and he never let go of my hand, not even for a second. He was always right there next to me, constantly reassuring me that everything was okay and that I had nothing to be afraid of. He understood my fear and helped me overcome it with so much patience and kindness. If you see this, thank you so much for being so warm and supportive.
