A must do on a 24 stopover in Dubai. Spectacular views, well organised, easy to get to. A persal gripe is the hard sell, seemingly compulsory photo in front of a blue screen image of the tower. You almost cannot get through to the observation deck without being manhandled into a group photo! But that seems to be everywhere, same at the CN Tower Toronto.

2nd time that I have done this experience and I can only compare to the first. We booked a 2.30pm slot and it was a mistake as the queue to get into the lift was extremely long. The first time I did this experience we went in the morning and it was a much smoother process. That being said it is a must see when in Dubai. And also it is right next to the Dubai mall which is an experience in itself and if you stay late enough you get to see the Dubai fountain show.

We went up to the 124th level and the views were nice. We had tickets for 6 PM so we got to experience the views at daytime and nighttime alongside with the sunset which was really pretty. We stayed for almost two hours and could’ve stayed for longer, we took some nice photos too. However, I think the price is a bit too high for the experience. 30$ would’ve been amazing.
