Pick up was on time, the travel to the site was comfortable & the safety aspects were excellent. You do need mobility as you have to climb aboard or may be asked to kneel to stabilise the basket for takeoff.Landing can be bumpy but great fun! A fleece is sensible too. Grab the chance to have a “wild” wee before takeoff as there are no toilets until breakfast, 2 hours away. Food was varied & suitable for all. Do have sun cream on before your pickup. Recommended.

Excellent tour guide! The balloonist is excellent as well. The ride on the Classic Land Rover was just awesome. The food was great and the customer service and staffs at the campsite was very friendly. Overall the experience was just excellent and would highly recommend and would love to do this again someday:)

The whole family had such an extraordinary experience. From the driver to the pilot to the hosts at the camp, everyone was welcoming and made sure that we are comfortable and had fun. There was a drone show, of course the balloon ride for an hour, a trip to a camp , a delicious open buffet breakfast, camel ride and falcon encounter. It was an amazing trip for all ages from 9 to 45. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend and would go again.
