very crowded, long wait to take the elevator to the top even having already our tickets. Worthed seing the City from such a heigth. Dinner at the Club (3rd floor) was just OK, but could withness a nice water show. Very crowded and busy in the large mall that we had to go through to go to our cab.

The Tower trip was excellent and not too busy at our time so long queues not an issue for us. The restaurant was extremely difficult to find, should be renamed "The Secret Door" restaurant. There were no instructions as to how to get there and we missed a door which looked like a fire exit and came back into the mall. Followed signs to "Fountain View" restaurants which seemed logical, DON'T, that's not it. Had to go back in and had a special escort to bypass the lengthening queue through a warren of corridors and restricted doors to reach a lift to the restaurant - phew! Nice meal but table location meant we had to leave the table to view the fountain display. Needed escort guide to find our way back to exit into the mall - no way we would have found our way back! Needs clearer instructions for finding the restaurant otherwise a good trip.

The viewing at levels 124 and 125 was very very crowded. Even with precooked tickets, the queues were long and the crowding overshadowed enjoyment of the experience. We had gotten the view with dinner package and there was no one there to explain where to go, multiple others were also lost and we eventually after hassles found the dinner location.
