Finding the place was a little tricky but there was a mini van waiting for use outside to take us inside the police academy where the heliport is located. The check in process was fairly straightforward and the whole process including wait time took about 40 minutes. The helicopter ride itself was amazing and we had fairly good visibility. The pilot told us where to look and gave us some details on each place. I’d definitely recommend this tour to get an aerial view of Dubai.
