Booked a VIP OPTION for prime hours paid extra For levels 52-54. Thinking only a few people would Be up there on level 54 only to find out that the Counter staff were upgrading all 52 level customers to level 54 free of charge as they weren’ Busy, so what was the point of me having VIP TICKETS ?? Waste of money

Absolutely breath taking! So glad I did it for the experience as never know if I will ever go back so on that basis I am happy to be able to say I've done it! Tried to hold out for complete darkness after the sunset but had outstayed our welcome lol and was moved on but got some fantastic photos and knowledge of how it came about. Fantastic views!

We used a taxi to travel to the meeting point, and through no fault of his own he misunderstood me when telling him where we needed to go, and ended up taking us actually on to The Palm. We got to see Atlantis, Royal Atlantis and other amazing residencies. We then got dropped off at the St Regis hotel and the meeting point was around the corner. We used a fast track option and got straight in, first seeing a short video documentary about the construction of The Palm and then the lift to floor 52 viewing gallery. An incredible view from there and able to take some great pics and vids. We then continued up to floor 54 where it was an open balcony with no glass obstruct any view.. 360 panoramic views of The Palm and surrounding areas. Very good value for money all be it a short trip and would definitely recommend as a first time experience.
