The experience was fantastic. I booked 09:30 slot and we were late by 30 mins but they still let us in. I wouldn't recommend this excursion for november mornings as it's quite cloudy/foggy and wasn't able to get clear pictures of buildings. Although buildings/icons can be seen just not great in pics. Another downside is there is no contact number of form of communication channel if you are running late. And no public wifi when you are travelling about. I think this excursion is overpriced for what it is. Would definately go again but would book the sunset time

We paid for fast track and we’re really pleased that we did. However, having to queue to activate it was a painful queuing process! Once let in, the signage for fast track wasn’t great but when we found staff to talk to they let us straight in. The views were breathtaking and well worth it. Everything was well maintained and clean. A must see when visiting Dubai.

Transportation had to be organized by ourselves but was not a big deal. The Taxi services are very good in Dubai. It was worth to get up at 4am in the morning. Not crowded, perfect view and awesome sunrise. Weather was also perfect, no clouds. We could also see Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. The view on the palm was unique with the different colors during the sunrise. Even the price was the cheapest in the morning.
