Begin with a visit to a local pioneer of third-wave coffee to discover its emerging role in Paris' renowned café culture. Smell and sample some of their signature roasts and perk yourself up as you begin your tasting journey. Next, take a tour of a microbrewery that brews its own craft beers onsite, one of the very few breweries that are allowed this exclusive privilege in the center of the city. See how they craft a variety of beers and taste a variety of their experimental and signature creations. Finally, head to a buzzing bar popular with the locals and try some of their cocktails or natural wines. Learn about how the biodynamic wine movement has been received (and understood) by Parisians and the wider population. Pair some samples with a range of tasty bar snacks to conclude your adventure.
