Know before you go

  • Manufacturing runs in two shifts that rotate weekly, so the assembly area is not active at certain times (e.g. weekends and public holidays)
  • Please note that our assembly area will be inactive due to our company vacation from 12 July until 03 August 2025. Nevertheless, you can expect an interesting and eventful tour. Together with your guide, you will get to know all special features of the production of the Volkswagen ID.3 and walk just a few meters next to the car bodies.
  • Taking photos and recording is strictly prohibited in the production area
