Discover Dresden's charm and history on a boat cruise down the Elbe River. See the Elbe Valley's most beautiful landmarks and the historic old town of Dresden on this sightseeing boat cruise.
Begin at the Terrassenufer and discover the three Elbe palaces: Albrechtsberg Palace, Eckberg Palace, and the Lingner Palace. Travel to the Loschwitz Villa Quarter and pass four of the famous Elbe Bridges, including Loschwitz Bridge, affectionately known as the "Blue Wonder".

The cruise itself was very comfortable. The pace was slow so you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful views. You can order refreshments easily. One problem was getting there. There was extensive building works that meant you had to walk a considerable extra distance. This was a problem for my elderly parent. There were no taxis or Ubers available where we were. If we had known beforehand we could have ordered a taxi from the hotel.
