The ship was very well appointed - modern and clean. the service on board was superb. The content of the tour was superb. It wasn't however very easy to find the departure point. This was mainly due to the extensive works involved in the restoration of the collapsed bridge. A large section of the embankment was completely sectioned off.
i really enjoyed this boat cruise. it was a rainy afternoon but you can sit in the restaurant where it was nice and warm. it was a beautiful experience. the only thing i can recommend is for them to turn the volume up a bit for the audio guide. if people are talking you can barely hear what the guide is saying.
