Kurt, our guide, only found out the day before (unfortunately there was the problem that we booked the tour in German and the day before we got the information that the tour would be held in English). Wouldn't have wanted that, hence Kurt's short-term assignment. He told us right from the start that he hadn't done the classic Barcelona tour for a very long time. Nevertheless, he showed us everything important and if he wasn't quite sure about some details, he did some research. He didn't give so many historical details, which didn't bother us in the heat and also because we did the tour with three children/teenagers. Unfortunately, he wasn't allowed to pick us up from the ship/port, but the meeting point not far from the Columbus statue was easily accessible by taxi - unfortunately, however, to be paid extra, in addition to the tour price including pick-up from a location of our choice....

This was supposed to be a small group English tour but it included two guests who couldn’t speak English so our guide Giovanni had to say everything twice (English and Spanish). That got to be irritating and it extended the length of the tour. We expected to pay 25 euro for the Sagrada but we were charged 26, along with an additional 10 euro for Park Güell, an option we had not requested. A good tour, and an effective guide, but with some unexpected frustrations.

I am extremely satisfied. The service is great. The city tour informative and entertaining. The guide Vincente is very knowledgeable and conveys the content in an entertaining way. There are also insider tips for the rest of the day. The drivers Joaquin drives very experienced and calm in the hustle and bustle of the big city. I highly recommend it.

Our guide, Jordi, was excellent His command of the English language made him easy to listen to and he seemed genuinely interested in the history and details of areas and stops covered by the tour. Would enthusiastically recommend him.

Guide was great; stops were great. Two people on tour only spoke Spanish and the rest Americans. Would have been better if it were all English speaking - otherwise twice the work for the guide.
