The day trip was really good! We got to stop at a few places during the day. Although it was cold, we were lucky that the clouds cleared up and we could see the peaks of Cradle Mountain from the National Park. Note, that this tour does not actually involve climbing Cradle Mountain itself. I do however wish we had more time to spend at the last stop (Cheese Farm) before the day trip ended. 15 minutes wasn't enough if you wanted to have a cheese tasting etc. however you could just choose to come back in your own time too.

We were surprised by how much we enjoyed this tour. Ben was an excellent guide and gave us tons of interesting information all along the way. Another plus was that it was a relatively small group. We expected to be dropped at a few locations to explore on our own, but Ben was with us the entire time and took us to places we might not have gone on our own. Would have liked more time at Ashgrove Cheese Farm, though.

We had a wonderful day trip to Dove Lake at Cradle Mountain and enjoyed the short walks around the lake edge and in the forest, the lunch (included) and the stops on the way there (Sheffield to see the murals) and back (a cheese place). The driver gave an interesting commentary along the way.

It's the best trip that I 've ever been. Stunning coast, rainforests, wild animals everything is so amazing. (we even found the wild platypus!!!) Thanks for the professional tour guides to tell us lots of stories about Tasmania. I will definitely travel again in the future.

Very knowledgeable & informative tour guide. John told us alot about the history of the area and Launceston.
