My friend and myself booked the full day Tour from Porto to the Douro valley, with Get a Guide, the trip was excellent, as was our Portugese and English speaking guide Sergio, who was both informative and humorous, his easy manner made our day memorable, from when he picked us up outside our Porto Hotel at 8.30 am. The stops along the way were well spaced, I would highly recommend both Sergio and this tour.

We highly recommend this tour! Very informative, easy going, but without repetition at each cellar. Our tour guide Márcio could not have been better! He took us to 3 different wine cellars, with quite a different selection of port wines, and he even managed a surprise for my husband's birthday!

It was a very informative tour. We left with enough basic knowledge to order, buy, and taste different ports. It was nice how we went to some wineries off the main tourist route. It would be nice if the tour included some food pairings

Get ready for lots of walking and lots of interesting information! Our guide Teresa was so dedicated during the trip that we felt very welcome in Porto.

So worth it. There are so many places you’d never know to go without being walked there. We learned so much and our group became good friends after!
