The flight itself was good and Ben our pilot was great. Not so happy with the booking agent in the office who got pretty aggressive in trying to get us to change our day. We finally agreed only to find out when we returned at the flight time they had added more people - so 6 in total. Kept telling us the middle seats were really good for viewing but THEY ARE NOT. Can’t see over or around the pilot or people in front. Just tell the truth for goodness sakes. We did get to rotate around but you cannot see from the middle back no matter that she tells you! But… the flight was wonderful, scenic, and just wonderful. The two landing extraordinary and the time spent was adequate. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience. Ben was a great pilot telling us about the area and made some very smooth takeoff’s and landings on two mountain tops. It was a highlight of our trip to New Zealand. The office staff were also super friendly and helpful. An amazing experience.

We had the most amazing trip!! All the staff were lovely and helpful, nothing was too much. Our pilot was Matt, he was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, I was nervous about our flight as I’d never been on a helicopter before, but by the end i was sitting in the front! It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and would highly recommend anyone to do it, I know you wouldn’t regret it!
