It came into existence more than a thousand years ago in the Red River Delta. In its earliest days, water puppetry portrayed the daily life of villagers – in farming and fishing activities, children’s play and in romance. Today the performance also brings in ancient legends and myths.

Continue your exploration with a visit to the renowned Sung Sot Cave, also known as the "Surprise Cave." Admire the shimmering stalactites that take on countless unique shapes. Take a kayak or bamboo boat to spend some time in the water and discover the stunning Luon Cave. Feel the warmth of the sun as you pass by Titop Island. Take a refreshing dip in the water or trek to the summit of Titop for panoramic views of the bay. Trang An is called “Ha Long Bay on land” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 16:00 Hike up to Mua Cave Peak - one of the spectacular panoramic views of Tam Coc valley and surrounding limestone mountains. Start your tour at the meeting point on No.38 Bát Sứ street, and head to a traditional restaurant specializing in entrees such as pillow cake, shrimp cake, Pho rolls, and spring rolls. Have a taste of some popular and classic Vietnamese dishes. Next, enjoy pho (noodle soup), which is Vietnam’s most famous dish. But this is a new, different version, which is dry mixed Pho with a special sauce. Try the chicken versions and the refreshing taste will blow your mind! Then head over to a local restaurant to try Banh Mi - a signature baguette with variety of fillings and an explosion of flavors. And definitely don't miss out on a dessert called Kem Xôi (sticky rice with ice cream). Dive in the sweetness of the ice cream, the sticky texture of the rice, the crunch of the dry coconut. After several dishes, you will be full and satisfied. Catch a taxi and go straight to the train street. Although train schedules show them to come daily, sometimes they do and sometimes not, so if you're lucky, you may catch one and experience the huge train passing right in front of your face. While here, enjoy egg coffees at a nice shop trackside and experience the unique ambiance. When you’re done with the drinks, hop in a taxi again to go back to the meeting point where the tour ends. 07h15 – 8h00: Pick up from your hotel in the Old Quarter area and departure for Ninh Binh. Due to the ban on buses picking up passengers on some streets between 6:30 and 8:30 from 1 March 2025, we may need you to come to one of our meeting points depending on your location to wait for us. We appreciate your support. 09h15: Have a short break for relaxing & rest room at a stop-over about 15 - 20 minutes. 10h00- 10h30: Arrive at Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, visit the King temples. Under the introduction of our local guide, you will get to know more about the Vietnamese history. Relax before lunch: - A short bike ride with tour guide : Get on a bike and start cycling to explore the beautiful scenery and limestone mountains with a unique route (optional and free of charge) - If you don't wish to cycle, feel free to explore the village on foot or rest at a local restaurant. 12h00: Enjoy buffet lunch at a local restaurant – goat meat dishes is the local specialty ( Vegetarian foods are avaiable ) 13h30: Arrive Trang An and spend about 1h40 - 2 hours exploring Trang An– the core of natural heritage in a Sampan boat (4 people per boat), rowed by a local people. Explore the amazing cave tunnel system and passing through sacred temples associated with legends in the history of Trang An. Get back to limousine bus then leave for Mua Cave. Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here. Leave Ninh Binh and drive back to Hanoi. 19:00 – 19:30 Arrive in Hanoi, drop you back to your hotel . Trip ends.

Day 1: Ha Noi – Halong - Lan Ha Bay 8:00-8:30: Either get picked up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and ride to Tuan Chau Wharf or meet your skipper at the Wharf. 12:00: Board a transfer boat and sail to your cruise ship. After you check in, get a refreshing welcome drink and cool off with a cold towel. Listen to a short briefing with safety instructions and a tour of the cruise. As you find your cabin, set sail for Ha Long Bay. As you cruise, enjoy a delicious lunch in the onboard restaurant, taking in views of the picturesque canals that lead to the Bay. Option 1: Discovery Dark and Bright Cave by kayaking or Bamboo Boat about an hour here. After visit the Dark and Bright cave back to main cruise for swimming around the cruise. Option 2: Visit the Ba Trai Dao area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay – this area includes the beach breaths a romantic atmosphere and three smaller islets like three giant peaches on the sea. You can join with our activities such as: kayaking, swimming, sightseeing and explore the Ba Trai Dao area. Return to the cruise in time to admire the striking colors of the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Relax in the onboard swimming pool, have fun at the sunset party, or join a traditional cooking class. If you wish, pay onboard to enjoy a relaxing massage. After sunset, the captain will drop anchor in a tranquil section of the bay as you enjoy dinner on board. Spend the rest of the night squid fishing, watching a movie, listening to music, or having drinks at the bar. Overnight On Cruise Day 2: Lan Ha bay -Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi Wake up early to start your day with Tai Chi class, watch the sunrise from the top deck. Enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant. Option 1: Cruise toward Lan Ha Bay explore the Ao Ech or Tra Bau area. This is a great destination for kayaking around limestone islets and swimming in crystal sea water. Option 2: Visit the Quan Y Cave on the Cat Ba Island about an hour, so beautiful island in Lan Ha Bay. 9:30: Return the boat and check out the cabin. 9:30 – 9:45: Have brunch in restaurant while the boat sails back to pier. We settle the bill at the end of trip. 10:30 – 10:45: Guests move to the tender boat and return to the port. At around 11:30 A.M., disembark at Tuan Chau Wharf. Either make your own way back to Hanoi or enjoy a comfortable transfer service. Day 2: Ha Long Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi Start your day with a Tai Chi session while surrounded by fresh air and views of the sun rising on the bay. After a light breakfast Option 1: You will visit the Trung Trang Cave on the Cat Ba Island about an hour, so beautiful island in Lan Ha Bay. Option 2: Cruise toward Lan Ha Bay explore the Ao Ech area. This is a great destination for kayaking around limestone islets and swimming in crystal sea water. 9:30am Return to the cruise to check out of your cabin. 10:00 Enjoy brunch at the restaurant while cruising back to Tuan Chau Port. 11:20 At Tuan Chau Port 11:45 The bus will transfer back to Hanoi-From the port, enjoy a final limo transfer back to your pickup location. 15:00 The end trip at Hanoi Old Quarter Note: We provided 4 cruises for this trip, so traveler will go with one of option up there. 7h30 - 8h00: The air-conditioned bus will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Follow the ban on buses picking up passengers on some streets in Hanoi between 6h30 and 8h30, we maybe need you to come to our good meeting points to start your trip. It’s take more or less 2,0 hours from Hanoi to Hoa Lu with a short break about 20 minutes on the half way. 10h30 - 10h40: You will reach to Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th centery, finding out the heroic histories of this two kings in Chinese Wars. 11h50 - 12h00: You will have a lunch at the restaurant ( vegetarian food is also available) 13h00 - 13h05: Option 1: Get on the bus continue going to Tam Coc wharf, take the sampan go along the Ngo Dong river to visit Tam Coc (three different caves) Option 2: Get on the bus go to Trang An wharf for enjoying unique sampan to visit Trang An cave complex 15h00 - 15h05: Biking to visit the local village in Ninh Binh (Optional), If you don't want to cycle, you can explore the village on foot or take rest at the local restaurant 15h30 - 15h35: Keep going to visit Mua cave. The place attracts visitors with it’s many interesting stories. In here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river. 16h45 - 17h00: Get on the bus to return Ha Noi. 19h00 - 19h30: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel/ at the meeting point in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay: 1 Day Boat Trip - Kayaking. Take 10 minutes to Beo harbor where we start the boat trip, and you will get the information for the boat trip again. 8h30 to 9h00: Our boat starts cruising through Floating Fishing Village (one of ten oldest fishing village in Viet Nam and in top of the world as well), our tour guide will tell you about the life of fishermen and their families "How do they live on the sea for four generations." You will never be tired of looking hundreds of different and amazing landscapes of limestone islands such as turtle islets, toad islets, candle islets... on Lan Ha Bay. (very fascinating scenery). After kayaking time, we cruise to private swimming areas in the middle of Ha Long Bay named Ba Trai Dao Beaches where there is tranquil area and you can swim with blue, clear water, jump from the deck of the boat. 12.00-13.00 Having lunch with Vietnamese cuisine, seafood and vegetarian food on boat. 13.00-14.30 You can take a rest or nap on the deck of the boat. and enjoy sunbathing, taking photos while we go to VIET HAI village. 14.30-15.30 At Viet Hai harbor: We will cycle to cross rice fields to Viet Hai village. Stroll around the village to meet some friendly fishermen, learn about their life and culture there. and more specifically you can experience the feeling of being massaged by many fish. 16-16.30 having the sunset party. 17: 00 We bid farewell at the port, this is the end of the program.
