Loved the forest with huge trees, their feet in the moss. The visit to the two pagodas is a must for Thais, less so for us. Would have been a nice view in clearer weather. The Mhongs market allows you to get to know the different local fruits and vegetables. The visit to the Karen village, if done with respect, touched me the most. At the end, the waterfall, bring a smartphone because it is difficult to photograph with a camera because of the drizzle. Very varied trip. Smiling and very friendly guide. His comments during the visit made it possible to appreciate the different sites.

Paul our guide is top notch. He not only told us the typical things that every guide does, but also gives us tips for our trip, but also his knowledge of various other things such as what certain flowers are called, the history of Buddhism, etc. Highly recommend this tour in Chiang to do in May. But a small tip Take waterproof shoes or 1/2 a new pair of socks with you. Because the socks get wet quickly

Overall the tour was pretty good. We were taken to multiple sites and saw quite a bit. However, I gave this tour four stars out of five because I felt that the description did not quite match the experience. While we saw a lot, most of the time was spent driving in the van. The experience makes it sound like the tour is mostly hiking and exploring on foot. Expect to be driven to each individual site, and spend most of your time in the van.
