Our guide Ash was brilliant. My husband and I took our teenagers, 14 and 16 for a day on the desert. Ash was a great communicator and we knew exactly where to meet and at what time. We travelled in a lovely, well air conditioned and comfortable 4x4 all afternoon with regular toilet breaks. Water and soft drinks were also included. The safari in the desert was brilliant, we must have been up and down the dunes for a good hour which was a good laugh. The camel ride was about 10 mins and we got loads of excellent photos of the experience. Ash was a better photographer than me lol. The sand boarding was also good fun and the kids really enjoyed it. You can choose to go down standing or sitting and on a fast or slow board. The inland sea was beautiful and breathtaking. We didn’t have great views due to the weather but in a clear sky you can see over to Saudi Arabia. All in all, the trip was a brilliant and memorable family adventure. Thanks Ash. We’d do it again!

Full description
Depart from Doha and journey across the picturesque desert terrain in a 4WD vehicle, with a professional guide and driver.
Drive south for a stop at the alluring Sealine Beach and click photos of the location while your driver deflates the tires for desert dune bashing. At the beach, enjoy free time to experience a camel ride on the desert sands.
Then, it is time for dune bashing. Feel your adrenaline pumping as the vehicle moves up and down the golden dunes to give you an exhilarating experience. Get to witness a desert storm brewing in the air caused by the vehicle moving at high speed.
After dune bashing, enjoy the thrill of sandboarding, another adventurous and popular activity that lets you slide down the dunes while standing with both feet strapped to a board.
Once you are done sandboarding, head to the Inland Sea of Khor al Adaid which borders Saudi Arabia. Soak in the beauty of this unique natural wonder before heading back to Doha.
